Hej! Logistics | Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Hej! Logistics apply to all members of our community.

Definition list
Hej! Logistics: Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) on TruckersMP.
Management: Department managers of Hej! Logistics.
Staff Selective members who create opportunity in Hej! Logistics.
Drivers: Hej! Drivers registered on our TruckersMP VTC profile.
External: All Hej! members who are not registered on our TruckersMP VTC profile.

  • 1.1. - Be respectful to others. No Racism, discrimination, any kind of cyberbullying and/or offensive language.
  • 1.2. - You are not allowed to give the VTC a bad reputation on any way.

  • 2.1 - All rules of TruckersMP are also applied in our VTC and while being ingame. More information: https://truckersmp.com/rules
  • 2.2 - You are not allowed to give the VTC a bad reputation on any way.
  • 2.3 - If you get or recieve a ban or punishment from the staff of TruckersMP, you must inform management as soon as possible. Failing this will result in a punishment from Hej! Logistics.
  • 2.4 - You have to wear our tag and truck livery when driving ingame. Our driver setup: https://www.hej-logistics.com/setup
  • 2.5 - You are allowed to drive a car (with caravan) or bus in TruckersMP.

  • 3.1 - No any kind of advertisement of other VTC's names, livery and/or players.
  • 3.2 - Don't ping Staff / Management when its unnecessary to do so (We would try and be as fast as possible)
  • 3.3 - Try and give everyone a warm welcome that joins to our Discord.
  • 3.4 - Use the channels on the right way described in the description of the channel.
  • 3.5 - No spamming, channel hopping, making loud noises on our discord.
  • 3.6 - Staff is allowed to force Push to Talk to members inside a (voice) channel.
  • 3.7 - Our main language is English. Other languages are allowed in specific channels.

  • 4.1 - Minimum age to apply is + 15 years old.
  • 4.2 - You can have a max of 3 bans in TMP. When applying towards the company or ask by Management, your punishment history should be set on public.
  • 4.3 - You left an other VTC more than 1 month on the date of applying.
  • 4.4 - You must publish your punishment history when you apply.

  • 5.1 - When attending to convoys, make sure to be there 30 minutes before departure. You can park at the given slot or starting point given ingame.
  • 5.2 - Your truck has to be repaired and fueled up before departure.
  • 5.3 - All convoy's we are attending and the details of the convoy's will be shared via Hej! Logistics Events. It may happen details will change last minute and will be communicated via Hej! Logistics Discord.
  • 5.4 - When attending to a convoy you must to wear our tag, truck and trailer livery when driving ingame. Our driver setup: Hej! Logistics Setup
  • 5.5 - When you aren't able to attend convoys or events, please inform staff before departure.

  • 6.1 - Driving with strobes and/or beacons are required. They need to be used when the trailer is loaded.
  • 6.2 - If you don't have access to the livery Heavy Surge. You can use our Standard livery or Custom Color - Color Blue.
  • 6.3 - Max. speed of driving with heavy haulage is 90 km/h - 56 mph.
